LAS VEGAS (May 2024) – This Mother’s Day, families are invited to elevate their celebration at Ferraro’s Ristorante, where every mother will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of prosecco to toast her special day. Renowned for its traditional Italian cuisine, stellar service and inviting atmosphere, Ferraro’s will also offer an array of culinary specials available this day only.  

“Each Mother’s Day special is a toast to the remarkable women who make our lives extraordinary,” said Ferraro’s Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro. “We welcome guests to share this special occasion with us, where every bite is a token of gratitude to all the amazing mothers out there.” 

The complete list of Mother’s Day specials follows. 

• Burrata ($18) – Grilled zucchini, pistachio pesto, crushed pistachios, extra virgin olive oil 
• Risotto Limone e Gamberetti ($38) – Acquerello risotto, lemon zest, Australian Skull Island prawn, Salsetta Genovese 
• Costolette di Agnello ($95) – Colorado Superior Farms double cut lamb chops, lamb mint sauce, Tinker Bell peppers, asparagus, potato purée  
• Spaghetti Aragosta Fra Diavolo ($65) – Canadian lobster tail, Main lobster meat, homemade spaghetti, spicy tomato sauce 
• Mare e Monte ($95) – Surf n’ Turf with 8-ounce filet mignon, 7-ounce Canadian lobster tail, asparagus, roasted potatoes, drawn butter 
• Ravioli di Cinghiale ($42) – Wild boar ravioli, butter, sage, porcini, pecorino, fresh summer truffles
