New Venue Brings Vintage Vegas Entertainment to Historic Commercial Center

WHAT:
The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant, poised as the premier destination for vintage Vegas entertainment in the Historic Commercial Center, unveils its September live entertainment schedule. The venue melds a tantalizing menu with sophisticated cocktails, set against a backdrop of musical shows and other performances that echo the grandeur and style of Vegas’s golden era.

Visitors to The Composers Room this September can look forward to distinctive guest performers such as Artie Butler, one of the music industry’s most respected arrangers and composers with more than 75 hit records. His associations include classics such as  “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong; “Copacabana,” “Even Now” and “Can’t Smile Without You” by Barry Manilow; “Feelin’ Alright” by Joe Cocker; and more. Zonya de Laguardia will also return to the stage with a joyful celebration of Latin music and dance.

Fans of Dolly Parton and Marilyn Monroe won’t want to miss a captivating performance by versatile celebrity impersonator Carla Gill as she brings legendary entertainment figures to life. Next month, The Composers Room will also host a star-studded benefit concert for Family Promise, a local charity which assists families experiencing homelessness in the Las Vegas valley, with headlining performer and Las Vegas tribute artist of the year Peter Pavone.
