New Venue Brings Vintage Vegas Entertainment to Historic Commercial Center

WHAT:
The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant, poised as the premier destination for vintage Vegas entertainment in the Historic Commercial Center, presents its January live entertainment schedule and offers. The venue melds a tasty menu with sophisticated cocktails, set against a backdrop of musical shows and other performances that echo the grandeur and style of Vegas’s golden era.
On Wednesday, Jan. 8, The Composers Room will celebrate Elvis’ monumental 90th birthday with live performances by Harry Shahoian and Kelly Clinton, rock ‘n’ roll-inspired drink specials and a curated display of memorabilia offering a nostalgic journey through the King’s legendary career.
Classic rock fans won’t want to miss Rock & Roll Church on Sunday, Jan. 12 as Las Vegas’ finest musicians gather for a one-of-a-kind musical sermon. Rock’s greatest moments will be reimagined and reborn through the exhilarating spontaneity of a jam session weaving riffs, rhythms and raw emotion together.
Guests can also look forward to two electrifying performances by Jimmy Hopper on Saturday, Jan. 4 and Friday, Jan. 31. The acclaimed vocalist and pianist is known for his genre-defying performances and magnetic stage presence, including a voice that soars from soulful ballads to high-energy anthems. Resident performer Nelson Terán will also offer visitors the opportunity to experience his exciting new show. Taking place on Saturday, Jan. 18 and Saturday, Jan. 25, La Peña de Nelson Terán will transport guests to the heart of Latin America through the enthralling sounds of guitars.
This season, The Composers Room is the go-to spot for catching all of the football action on Sundays. Doors open at 9:30 a.m., so fans can grab a seat before kickoff. To celebrate the game day excitement, guests can enjoy half off all appetizers, burgers and chicken sandwiches during the first half of the game. Plus, domestic beers are $1 off, and buckets of beer are available for just $20. For Miami and Buffalo fans, the experience gets even better. Any guest wearing Miami or Buffalo gear will receive their first Bud Light beer on the house as part of the owner’s special.
