ATTRACTIONS AND COMMUNITY:
AREA15 is an experiential retail and entertainment complex offering live events, immersive activations, art installations and much more. The complex will attract locals and tourists of all ages seeking an ever-changing landscape of new and unique experiences. Located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, AREA15 will open 2020. The anchor tenant, Meow Wolf, will create interactive art activations to transport audiences of all ages into fantastic realms of story, exploration and discovery. Additional space throughout the 200,000 square foot structure will be a platform for a variety of other experiential and retail businesses, yet to be announced. A 40,000-square foot indoor and outdoor event space — ideally suited for live music, festivals, corporate events, private parties, esports tournaments and much more — will host up to 300 events per year. Finally, the backbone tying everything together is The SPINE, an ever-changing corridor filled with one-of-a-kind art installations, engaging brand activations, unique commerce and inspiring food and beverage offerings. AREA15 is the development project led by a joint venture between real estate development firm Fisher Brothers and creative agency Beneville Studios, both of New York.

These tours offer a selection of pre-set tour itineraries, as well as the ability to customize a completely original private adventure. Exotics Racing is the world’s largest supercar driving experience. An award-winning industry leader since 2009 and located at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Exotics Racing offers more than 50 exotic cars to drive and/ or ride, including models by Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Aston Martin, Audi, Mercedes and more. Professional racing drivers designed the 1.2-mile racetrack to highlight the supercars’ most acclaimed performance capabilities, daring dares drivers to brake late and drive hard. The track features seven turns, an 1,800-foot straightaway and Formula One safety barriers. Exotics Racing also has a track located in Fontana, California at the iconic Auto Club Speedway. In 2019, new tours showcasing Los Angeles will be announced. Also new in 2019: Vegas Superkarts by Exotics Racing. This new go-kart attraction is the first to offer a true racing experience where guests drive 4-stroke gas-powered SODIKART SR5 270 CCs on Las Vegas’ longest, widest and fastest go-kart track, complete with hairpin turns, a fast acceleration straightaway and professional safety barriers.
Developed by the team behind High Roller, FLY LINQ is the only zipline to offer riders four ways to fly – seated or superhero backward or frontward – on 10 side-by-side lines. It is also the only zipline on the Las Vegas Strip. FLY LINQ launches riders 1,080 feet above The LINQ Promenade. They can enjoy spectacular views of the Strip on the launch deck, where gear-fitting and a photo opportunity takes place.
Forever Adventure Tours is located at the center of Kanab, Utah, inside Denny’s Wigwam. As part of Forever Resorts, Forever Adventure Tours takes guests through the unique sites of Southern Utah including Peekaboo Slot Canyon, The Wave, White Pockets and areas of Northern Arizona. Forever Adventure Tours is a vision brought to life by a team who has been guiding their entire lives in the Southern Utah area. With more than 60 years of combined guiding experience, the team leads numerous types of tours utilizing Grand Canyon whitewater rafting, ATVs and H2 Hummers.

Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Meeting twice a week in small teams, running is used to inspire and motivate girls, encourage lifelong health and fitness and build confidence through accomplishment. At each season’s conclusion, the girls and their running buddies complete a 5K running event which gives them a tangible sense of achievement as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals.
With nearly 100 years of experience, Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines (GCSA) is the world’s first aviation tour company and today is the largest aerial tour operator with more than 20 fixed-wing airplanes, specifically designed to reveal panoramic views beyond imagination. Flying an average of 300,000 passengers annually, GCSA tours include the world’s most photographed and sought-after locations such as Grand Canyon, Page, Arizona/Lake Powell and Hoover Dam in Boulder City, Nevada. Narrations for most tours are available in 16 languages.
Topping out at 550 feet, High Roller is the tallest observation wheel in the world and the focal point of The LINQ Promenade. Guests board one of 28 climate-controlled cabins for a 30-minute rotation of the wheel, which offers incredible views of Las Vegas and the surrounding valley. Unique ways to experience High Roller includes Happy Half Hour, an open bar inside the cabin for the duration of the ride; Yoga in the Sky, a one-hour Silent Savasana yoga session (two-wheel rotations) with an instructor and up to six guests per cabin; and Chocolate Tasting Experience with Ethel M Chocolates. Private cabins are available for proposals, weddings, birthdays and corporate events of up to 40 guests.
ICEBAR is the new, immersive ice attraction coming to The LINQ Promenade at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip November 2019. A project by Noel Bowman of Minus5 Ice Experience, ICEBAR will offer a distinctively chill vibe for people of all ages, with signature frosty cocktails served in glasses made entirely of ice for guests age 21 and older. An exciting option for private and corporate groups, ICEBAR will have a capacity of up to 500 guests in indoor and outdoor space.
The Las Vegas Monorail provides a quick and convenient connection along the Las Vegas Strip, linking riders to the city’s world-class restaurants, shows, shops, clubs, hotels and casinos. In minutes, Monorail riders can travel the famous Las Vegas Strip in a safe, comfortable and clean environment – without the hassles of traffic or wasted time. Current stations include MGM Grand; Bally’s/Paris Las Vegas; Flamingo/Caesars Palace; Harrah’s/The LINQ; Las Vegas Convention Center; Westgate Resort & Casino and SLS Las Vegas. The mission of the Liberace Foundation for The Creative & Performing Arts is to help talented students pursue careers in the performing and creative arts. Since 1976, the Foundation has provided more than $5 million in scholarships, touching the lives of more than 2,700 students from 120 of the nation’s premier institutions. Mad River Boat Trips is a river outfitter in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and consistent recipient of TripAdvisor’s “Excellent” rating by its customers. Mad River offers whitewater trips and scenic floats during the summer. Guests can also enjoy extraordinary recreation on the recently designated Wild and Scenic Snake River, which begins its journey into the rugged backcountry of Yellowstone National Park and gathers water as it heads south toward Jackson Hole through Grand Teton National Park. The Mob Museum, The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, is a world-class destination dedicated to the thrilling story of organized crime and law enforcement. It presents an exciting and authentic view of the mob’s impact on Las Vegas history and its unique imprint on the world. With tales so intriguing they need no embellishment. The Museum reveals an insider’s look at the events and people on both sides of this continuing battle. The Mob Museum puts the visitor in the middle of the action through high-tech theater presentations, iconic one-of-a-kind artifacts and interactive, themed environments.
Founded in 1996, the Neon Museum is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to collecting, preserving, studying and exhibiting iconic Las Vegas signs for educational, historic and cultural enrichment. In addition to a two-acre outdoor exhibition space known as the Neon Boneyard, the museum also encompasses a visitors’ center housed inside the former La Concha Motel lobby as well as restored signs installed as public art throughout downtown Las Vegas. Public education, outreach, research, archival preservation and a grant-funded neon sign survey represent a selection of the museum’s ongoing projects.
Founded in 1965, Papillon (French for “butterfly”) Grand Canyon Helicopters is the world’s largest and longest-running aviation tour company with more than 450,000 passengers served annually on more than 50 state-of-the-art, quiet helicopters and airplanes. Papillon is the only helicopter tour company that flies the entire length of the Grand Canyon with bases in Las Vegas; Boulder City, Nevada; Grand Canyon West; Grand Canyon National Park and Page, Arizona.
Scenic Safaris is based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and offers seasonal tours in the majestic Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Parks and the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Dedicated to the history of Prohibition, The Underground takes Mob Museum guests on a vivid journey back in time. Complete with luxurious Art Deco-inspired design motifs, artifacts from the ‘20s and a distinctive sense something illicit is afoot, the speakeasy features house-distilled spirits and house-brewed beer, as well as tempting Prohibition-era cocktails. Genuine Moonshine made onsite from corn mash serves as the centerpiece of the cocktail collection, which also features a full bar including the Museum’s proprietary vodka, gin and rum. The Underground is located downstairs, under The Mob Museum.
Inspired by 19th English styling, The Wellesbourne is the classic, elegant lounge offering a low-key sanctuary from the bustle of city life.
