LAS VEGAS (October 2024) – Stars of Comedy, the laugh-out-loud series igniting the acclaimed Harrah’s Showroom at Harrah’s Las Vegas, announces it will welcome legendary American comedian, actress and TV host Sheryl Underwood in January 2025.
Known for her fearless comedy and unapologetic humor, Underwood will bring her signature wit, candid social commentary and charismatic stage presence to the Harrah’s Showroom for the grown and sexy comedy event of the year. Fans can expect Underwood to deliver a powerhouse performance packed with her keen observations on politics, race, relationships and life’s absurdities. Alongside Underwood, comedians Kyle Erby and Mike Washington will bring their own unique styles and high-energy humor, creating a night that blends sharp social critique with irresistible humor.
From Underwood’s early days on HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam” and BET’s “Comic View” to her role as co-host of the Emmy Award-winning daytime program “The Talk,” Underwood has solidified her status as a comedic icon unafraid to tackle tough subjects with grace and a bold sense of humor. She is also known as the first female finalist in the 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search and has starred in films such as “Beauty Shop” alongside Queen Latifah and “I Got the Hook-Up.”
