LAS VEGAS (March 2024) – Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro inside JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa announces the debut of a new dinner menu. Offering an authentic Italian dining experience in a vibrant setting, guests can look forward to appetizers and salads featuring fresh, in-season ingredients as well as tempting meat and seafood dishes, classic house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas and more. The new menu will be available beginning on Friday, March 15.

Stand-out selections from the new menu follow:

Appetizers

• Fiori di Zucca $15 – Crispy squash blossoms, Calabro ricotta, Pecorino Romano, lemon
• Burrata $15 – Burrata Pugliese, Pesto Trapanese, fresh basil, focaccia

Salad

• Mediterranean Salad $13 – Mixed greens, radicchio, chickpeas, artichoke, olives, almonds, Caciocavallo, salami

Pizza

• Italian Meat Lovers $22 – Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce

House-Made Pasta

• Lobster Fra Diavolo $33 – Lobster, celery, Calabrian chili, preserved tomato
• Shrimp Risotto $22 – Shrimp, Parmigiano Reggiano, Maitake mushrooms
• Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka $22 – Vodka sauce, basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Calabrian chili, sausage

Entrées 

• Chicken alla Senape $24 – Crispy baby potatoes, vegetables, mustard and citrus jus
• Porcini Crusted Salmon $29 – Porcini mushroom crust, warm leek vinaigrette
• Chili Crusted Short Ribs $36 – Lentils, caramelized onion, sherry wine vinaigrette
• Chicken Parmesan $23 – Mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil, Parmigiano Reggiano

Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro is open Sunday through Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. The restaurant is regularly closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. To make a reservation, click here.
