LAS VEGAS (May 2024) – In recognition of Las Vegas Restaurant Week, three SAHARA Las Vegas culinary destinations will offer limited-edition prix fixe menus. A portion of all Restaurant Week menus sold will benefit Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
“Our culinary philosophy goes beyond creating exquisite dishes,” said Derek Tadashi Morishita, vice president of food and beverage, SAHARA Las Vegas. “By participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week, we extend our commitment to the community. Each specialty menu we offer delights our guests while also aiding Three Square Food Bank’s essential work. It’s a privilege to contribute to this cause, ensuring that our culinary creations serve a greater purpose and help those facing hunger.”

BALLA ITALIAN SOUL
Balla Italian Soul will offer its Restaurant Week menu for the second consecutive year, with $6 donated to Three Square Food Bank. Available from Monday, June 3 through Saturday, June 8, the menu will be available for $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Main courses will also come with a chef’s election of contorni.

BAZAAR MEAT BY JOSÉ ANDRÉS
Bazaar Meat will participate in Restaurant Week for its 9th year from Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 14. Available in the main dining room as well as Bar Centro, The Classics tasting menu will be available for $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. An optional wine pairing will also be available for $60 per person. Bazaar Meat will donate $6 per menu sold to Three Square Food Bank. The menu includes the following:

Participating for its third year, The Noodle Den will offer its Restaurant Week menu from Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 14. The menu will be available for $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
