MORMON LAKE, ARIZONA (March 2019) – Located amidst the largest grove of Ponderosa pines in Northern Arizona, just 45 minutes southeast of Flagstaff, only 2.5 hours from the Phoenix Valley, Mormon Lake Lodge offers groups two-for-one pricing during midweek (Sunday through Thursday) for spring and summer 2019 corporate meetings, family reunions, retirement parties, weddings, group functions and team-building events. That means every room night booked would include a second room night at no charge, based on availability (certain blackout dates apply).

Mormon Lake Lodge represents one of the most distinctive group event venue options in the Southwest. Home to comfortable overnight cabin accommodations, a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces, an award-winning and versatile on-site catering operation and charming Western hospitality, the lodge provides a welcome escape from the heat of Southwestern summers.

Situated on nearly 300 acres of pristine forest, the lodge offers flexible facilities and amenities, including:

• Accommodation for up to 300 guests indoors.
• Outdoor event sites can host groups up to 2,000.
• A wealth of catering options from which to choose, which are offered in conjunction with the historic Mormon Lake Lodge Steakhouse culinary team.
• Onsite professional staff who stand ready to ensure every detail is arranged.
• Team-building activities, such as horseback-riding, hiking and forest excursions; scavenger hunts; canoe races; wagon rides; and trout fishing in the lodge’s very own private, stocked pond.
• Audio-visual equipment; decorations; live music; DJs; chairs; rectangle, round or picnic tables; canopies and more are also available for rent onsite.

Indoor event spaces include: 

THE LOCKETT ROOM: Located upstairs in the steakhouse, this semi-private room connects to The Evans Room, features a stone fireplace and offers access to the private bar. The Lockett Room can accommodate up to 35 guests.

THE EVANS ROOM: Located upstairs in the steakhouse, this room features a bar and connects to The Lockett Room and holds up to 80 guests comfortably. Adjacent to the room, an outdoor deck can accommodate an additional 25 people, weather permitting.

KACHINA ROOM: This private, stand-alone meeting room includes restrooms, a private office, A/V equipment, large deck with arcadia doors, a break service bar and is ADA accessible. The spacious location perfectly accommodates groups of up to 60 guests and can be set for a theater, classroom and conference meetings.

TOWN HALL: Celebrate a special occasion in the Old Western Town Hall. This historic building – originally built in the 1920s as a Western dance hall – continues to toe-tap into the 21^st century. Equipped with a stage, penny-top bar, bathrooms and kitchen, the Town Hall can accommodate up to 180 guests inside, while an outdoor courtyard provides an additional seating area.

THE OAK GROVE CEREMONY SITE: This picturesque, semi-secluded site is located behind Town Hall and offers the ambience of an exclusive event venue accommodating up to 80 seated guests.

THE FOREST GROVE CEREMONY SITE: This location is nestled into the beautiful ponderosa pine trees, situated in a secluded area behind the cabins. This site can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.

TENTED EVENTS: Company picnics, outdoor wedding receptions and other outdoor events for up to 2,000 guests can be accommodated on the lodge’s grounds, with tents of all sizes available for rent locally.
