LAS VEGAS (February 2024) – As the latest addition to its FRESH & COOL bar program, Minus5º ICEBAR invites guests to imbibe with its all-new Purple Haze cocktail served in a glass made entirely of ice. As part of FRESH & COOL, all three locations – including The LINQ Promenade, Mandalay Bay and The Venetian Resort® Las Vegas – feature a rotating roster of fresh, seasonal beverages and frozen treats.

Available for a limited time, Purple Haze includes Empress 1908 Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and tonic water garnished with a freshly cut lime wheel and mint. The tempting beverage can be purchased for $14.

In addition to its roster of ever-changing cocktails and frozen concoctions, Minus5º ICEBAR also invites guests to experience new ice displays quarterly. Through its Staying COOL re-theming program, visitors can enjoy never-before-seen ice displays and sculptures on an ongoing basis, providing an all-new experience with each return visit.
