LAS VEGAS (September 2018) – Andre’s Bistro & Bar now offers group dining, private event and off-site catering menus and services.
The locals’ favorite restaurant now has an expanded menu with new culinary offerings. Be it a private dinner party or a large corporate event, Andre’s can cater every occasion. The new menu includes a three-course plated meal, three-course weekend brunch menu, buffet or family-style serving menu, passed hors d’oeuvres menu, food station menu and specialty afternoon tea menu options.
ABOUT MENUS AND SERVING OPTIONS
Three-Course Plated Meal ($40 per guest)
Perfect for formal and semi-formal events big or small, Andre’s three-course plated meal provides the perfect way to make wedding receptions, corporate celebrations or birthday parties into a night to remember. Drawing from Andre’s revered in-house menu, the three-course meal allows guests to select from seven first and second-course options and six dessert-course options. Signature dishes include buttery Escargot de Bourgogne, delectable Golden Trout Amandine, savory Coq Au Vin and classic Crème Brûlée.
Weekend Brunch For Groups ($27 per guest)
Be it a wedding or baby shower, a First Communion celebration or a family reunion, Andre’s brunch delivers light, yet flavorful, options for any weekend occasion. Andre’s offers a large three-course menu, featuring nine first-course options, 11 second-course options and six dessert-course options. Signature dishes include unbelievable beignets, Andre’s Classic Benedict, delicious Croque Madame and decadent Chocolate Walnut Gateau.
Buffet or Family Style ($39 per guest)
Whether it be a large corporate event or family reunion on the horizon, Andre’s can address large-group needs with their buffet and family-style menu. The tempting menu draws upon what Andre’s does best—providing an array of starters, main courses, side dishes and dessert options. The main courses include some of Andre’s guests’ favorites including Coq Au Vin, Potato Gnocchi and Beef Bourguignon. Supplemental options are also available for a small additional fee.
Passed Hors D’Oeuvres ($24 per guest)
What is a party without hors d’oeuvres? Andre’s offers a selection of options, which include Andre’s famous Foie Gras Torchon, Andre’s Sliders, Tuna Niçoise, Crudités among many other options.
Food Stations Menu (Ranging from $17 to $36 per person)
Perfect for large groups, Andre’s offers four different food station selections: Roast or Carving, Vegetarian, Charcuterie and Seafood/Raw Bar. Each option features traditional Andre’s culinary offerings, such as Prime Rib, Crudités, Jambon de Paris and Oysters on the half shell.
Afternoon Tea ($26 per guest; 12 people or more)
Perfect for afternoon bridal or baby showers, monthly book clubs or just getting together with friends, Andre’s afternoon tea menu provides more than a touch of class. With sandwiches including Smoked Scottish Salmon and Chicken Salad, as well as an assortment of teas and delectable house-made French-style pastries and desserts, Afternoon Tea at Andre’s will surely be an event to remember.
