LAS VEGAS (April 21, 2025) – Le Café Central – the newest addition to the acclaimed Le Café du Vegas family – is now officially open in Las Vegas’ Chinatown neighborhood. Expanding upon the brand’s success with Le Café du Val in Henderson and Le Café du Sud in Southern Highlands, Le Café Central brings the group’s signature blend of traditional European flavors and warm hospitality to a centrally located audience. Co-owned by power couple Carmen Barbur and David Gazzano and featuring internationally renowned pastry chef Claude Escamilla as partner, executive chef and director of operations, the café offers a robust daytime menu alongside a weekend dinner experience, which will launch in mid-May.
Open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., guests can now savor authentic French and European offerings, including galettes, artisanal sandwiches, fresh salads and an assortment of Viennoiseries—rich, sweet and pillowy pastries. Signature items also include macarons, sweet and savory crepes and expertly brewed espresso-based drinks and teas, all crafted with the highest quality ingredients.
To thank the community, Le Café Central invites the community to a special celebration on Monday, May 18. The first 100 guests in attendance will receive complimentary crepes and raffle tickets for the chance to win prizes, including free crepes for a year, a crepe machine and more.
Throughout April, in recognition of Autism Awareness Month, Le Café Central is also partnering with Grant a Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center. Twenty percent of all macaron sales will benefit the nonprofit organization. In a show of solidarity and support, macarons will be offered in the foundation’s signature colors: blue, green, yellow and red.
Dinner service at Le Café Central will debut on Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17 and will continue on Friday and Saturday evenings moving forward. The dinner menu will feature “amuse bar and petites plates”— small bites inspired by the French Riviera, including dishes such as socca and panisse, petits farcis, bouillabaisse, daube Niçoise, foie gras and boudin noir. Each dish will be thoughtfully crafted to pair with an expertly curated selection of beer, wine and cocktails, served in a relaxed setting enhanced by live music.
“Our team has poured so much love and intention into this location,” said Barbur. “Le Café Central represents the heart of everything we believe in—great food, warm service and a sense of community. We’re so proud to open our doors and can’t wait to welcome new and returning guests into our newest café.”
Le Café Central is located at 3616 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89102. For more information, visit lecafeduvegas.com.
