LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK 
WITH ALL-AMERICAN THREE-COURSE MENUS  

A Portion of Each Multi-course, Prix Fixe Menu Sold June 17 to June 28
to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

LAS VEGAS (June 2019)  For the first time, Hospitality Boulevard restaurants: Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and Maxie’s at The LINQ Promenade will participate in Las Vegas’ Restaurant Week. The special menus will be available June 17 to June 28. Priced at $30 per person, guests can select from two multi-course all-American menus. A portion of each meal sold will be donated to Three Square Food Bank.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is the annual 12-day celebration of dining supporting Three Square Food Bank. Three Square is a member of Feeding America, a national network of food banks. They are Southern Nevada’s largest hunger relief organization, currently providing food in four countries to more than 164,000 individuals in need each month through the broad community organizations and thousands of volunteers.

Smoked Burgers & BBQ Restaurant Week menu includes:

First Course:
BBQ Spiced House Salad: Organic mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions tossed in a BBQ vinaigrette.

Second Course:
BBQ Madness Burger: Half pound angus patty with BBQ brisket, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles and aged cheddar cheese.

Third Course:
IBC Root Beer Float: Vanilla bean ice cream and a bottle root beer.

Maxie’s Restaurant Week menu includes:

First Course (select one):
Nuts & Berries Salad: Organic field greens, Manchego cheese, mixed berries, fancy nuts, avocado, jalapeño with house berry vinaigrette.
Or
Maxie’s Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan and house Caesar dressing.

Second Course (select one):
Turkey Dinner: Oven roasted turkey breast, seasonal veggies, house potatoes and turkey gravy.
Or
Loco Moco: Beef patty, garlic fried rice, two eggs over easy and brisket gravy.

Third Course:
Choice of Classic Milkshake: Vanilla, chocolate or strawberry.

Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace specializes in BBQ classics infused with a West Coast flare. The menu boasts a variety of dishes ranging from jaw-dropping burgers to Smoked Chicken Wings to Louisiana Hot Links. The cocktail menu offers specialty handcrafted cocktails including several smoked beverages providing a unique infused flavor and experience. The patio is located directly on Las Vegas Boulevard and can seat guests at tables that wrap around the iconic Trevi Fountain. The al fresco dining area includes a full bar as well as an outdoor satellite bar and two large-screen TVs.

Maxie’s is located at The LINQ Promenade, the world-renowned, award-winning open-air district and home to High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel and FLY LINQ, the Las Vegas Strip’s zipline. The menu features over-the-top breakfast dishes, as well as lunch and dinner classics.
