FERRARO’S INVITES COUPLES TO INDULGE IN A ROMANTIC, DELECTABLE DINING EXPERIENCE ON VALENTINE’S DAY

LAS VEGAS (January 2020) – Couples in search for a cozy and elegant atmosphere for Valentine’s Day will be pleased to know Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will offer its full dinner menu including their legendary osso buco, risottos and pastas. The restaurant is perfect for guests searching for an intimate environment guaranteed to offer a premium and memorable dining experience.

In addition, owner Gino Ferraro and Executive Chef Francesco Di Caudo invite couples to enjoy a special prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu on Friday, Feb. 14. The menu is priced at $75 per person.

The Valentine’s Day menu follows:

First Course (choose one)

• Foie gras and rabbit pate, red onion and pear
• Seafood Platter for two (+$20)

Second Course (choose one)

• Tagliolini, lobster bisque, lobster mushroom, fava beans, Stracciatella cheese
• Burrata cheese risotto, Mediterranean prawns carpaccio, Oscietra Royale caviar (+$10)

Main Course (choose one)

• Pan-seared Mediterranean sea bass, artichokes, new potato, clams soffritto
• Quail and langoustine, San Daniele Proscuitto, porcini duxelles wrapped in puff pastry, sautéed spinach (+$15)

Dessert (choose one)

• Chocolate mousse, roasted banana ice cream
• Strawberry and orange tiramisu
