LAS VEGAS (October 2024) – Electric Playhouse, the brand-new immersive entertainment destination featuring motion-activated games and dining experiences, announces its latest culinary adventure: The Undead Dinner Party. Featuring a tantalizing menu crafted by chef Josh Mouzakes, this Halloween-inspired dining experience invites guests to a sophisticated—yet sinister—gathering hosted by a coven of mysterious vampires, promising an evening filled with eerie elegance, unexpected twists and spine-tingling flavors.

The hauntingly exquisite menu will be prepared by Mouzakes, renowned for his appearances on season one of “Beachside Brawl,” season three of “Alex vs America” and season 58 of “Chopped: Spin It to Win It.” His versatility and creativity have also been exhibited in his roles as executive chef at Arlo in San Diego, California, and during stints at Michelin-starred restaurants such as The French Laundry and Joel Robuchon’s MGM Grand. Mouzakes is currently developing his chef-owned restaurant, JAM, a modern American concept that will further showcase his unique approach to cooking.

The evening’s meticulously prepared dishes will reflect the dark yet indulgent nature of the event, with a menu that includes:

  • Eyeball Amuse – Coconut Panna Cotta, pomegranate gel, bed of nails
  • Undead Bites – Fingerling potato, crème fraîche, caviar, octopus tentacle, Aleppo glaze, femur bone chicken fritter
  • Bread of Life – Sourdough bread service, herb butter, sea salt, spiced wine, Halloween blood IV drip
  • Dark Kiss– Truffle cauliflower soup, frog blood parsley oil, rodent brain florets, butterfly pea flower acid
  • Eternal Entrée – Vampire duck breast, eternal life beet blood, crispy maitake mushroom brain
  • Dungeon Sweets – Chocolate coffee cake, pumpkin crémeux, berry blood popsicle

“This culinary adventure will blend chilling, otherworldly encounters with Josh’s exceptional cuisine, immersing guests in a haunting experience that only Electric Playhouse can deliver,” said Vivian Sorenson, creative culinary director, Electric Playhouse. “As the night deepens, shadows lengthen and whispers fill the air, the fate of the evening’s finale remains veiled in darkness, but one thing is certain: some cravings are never sated. Our goal is to make every moment a fully enveloping sensory experience. The sights and tastes are all carefully curated to transport guests to a world where fine dining meets Halloween enchantment.”

The Undead Dinner Party will take place at 7 p.m. beginning Oct. 25, including Halloween night, and will culminate on Sunday, Nov. 3. Tickets are $125 per person and must be purchased in advance. Costumes are encouraged, and guests are invited to dress as their favorite vampires or creatures of the night.

Electric Playhouse is located on the terrace level next to Sushi Roku at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, 3500 South Las Vegas Boulevard. For more information on Electric Playhouse or to purchase tickets, click here.
