LAS VEGAS (April 2025) – On Monday, May 5, Chica at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style with sizzling Latin flavors, festive vibes and specialty dishes that pack a punch. Known for its vibrant cuisine and lively atmosphere, Chica transforms into the ultimate Strip destination for commemorating the Mexican holiday.
Guests can enjoy chef-driven specials that put a luxurious twist on traditional favorites. From barbacoa short rib to fresh Maine lobster and a tempting whole red snapper, the one-day-only menu offers bold, indulgent flavors designed to turn the party all the way up.
