Groups can now take a deep dive into Central West End—one of St. Louis’ most vibrant neighborhoods, oozing with personality--with award-winning Lip Smacking Foodie Tours. The experience is available to corporate and private groups from 15 to 75 participants. The tour marks the fifth city expansion for the innovative culinary walking tour company.
Magic shows, live performances and dazzling art installations are now part of The LINQ Promenade’s ongoing array of attractions. The open-air retail, entertainment and dining district has added several distinctive new acts and visually dazzling art to its ongoing entertainment and attraction lineup, including a close-up magician, strolling pianist, “piano gymnast,” LED drummers and other street performers.
Girls on the Run Las Vegas (GOTR) invites the Las Vegas community to celebrate the holiday season by participating in the Gingerbread (Wo)man Dash—its seasonal Fall 5K. The race will be led by FOX5 Las Vegas News Anchor Alyssa Deitsch, who will be dressed in a life-sized gingerbread woman costume.
Construction on the world’s largest and permanent bar made solely of ice will begin Nov. 9. When completed on Nov. 24, ICEBAR at The LINQ Promenade will be 1,200 square feet, kept at 23-degrees Fahrenheit and made from nearly 100 tons of ice shipped to Las Vegas from Canada and Minnesota.

The Neon Museum announces tickets are now on sale for  “Lost Vegas: Tim Burton @ The Neon Museum Presented by the Engelstad Foundation,” which will be on view Oct. 15 through Feb. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. Tickets will be priced at $30 for general admission to the Neon Boneyard and $24 for admission to the nighttime, projection-mapping spectacle “Brilliant!” No paired tickets or discounts will be offered for the duration of the exhibition. Tickets may be purchased at neonmuseum.org.
The Mob Museum, The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, announces the October Community Safety Forum, sponsored by NV Energy. This month, the museum will host the forum on Sexual Assault Prevention. This program will build knowledge and skills to help prevent sexual assault and offer self-defense tips. The forum will be offered first in English and then in Spanish.
THRIVE Cannabis Marketplace announces it will open its fourth Nevada dispensary in Reno in early November. With the new flagship Northern Nevada location, THRIVE officially becomes the largest retailer in the state.
