LAS VEGAS (May 2023) – BattleBots, the world’s premier robot combat competition, provides one-of-a-kind events for private and corporate groups traveling to Las Vegas. With a 10.2-acre site adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip featuring the 1,000-plus-seat, indoor BattleBots Arena, Las Vegas’ newest, dynamic entertainment destination offers bespoke event opportunities unmatched by any other group event venue. With its hit TV show reaching more than 11 million viewers and the world’s first daily live robot show “BATTLEBOTS: DESTRUCT-A-THON” now on view in Las Vegas, BattleBots offers several packages to create memorable events.
BattleBots offers exclusive lounges for groups of smaller sizes looking for unique pre or post show experiences. Whether its additional entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, drinks or sit-down meals, lounge events can be customized with BattleBots’ network of vendors or outside caterers.
Private event options follow:
Group Bookings at a Scheduled “BATTLEBOTS: DESTRUCT-A-THON” Show
- Private groups may choose from one of BattleBots’ five weekly “DESTRUCT-A-THON” shows in Las Vegas. Show days and times include Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 12 p.m. Beginning May 29, show days and times include Wednesdays, Thursdays at 6 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m.
- For select groups, a special BattleBots “DESTRUCT-A-THON” show can be held on a different day time than the regularly scheduled shows.
- Work with BattleBots’ network of contacts for event needs or bring in their own planning teams.
- Optional: VIP add-ons for guests, including Premium, VIP or Platinum seats, VIP badges, separate VIP entrance with expedited entry and discounts on merchandise, snacks and drinks.
- Optional: Private event lounges available before and after the show for a one-of-a-kind event space amongst the show-bots with various catering and beverage services available.
- Platinum Lounge accommodates up to 30 people
- La Machine Lounge accommodates more than 300 people
Buy Out a Scheduled “BATTLEBOTS: DESTRUCT-A-THON” Show
- Private groups may choose from one of BattleBots’ five weekly “DESTRUCT-A-THON” shows in Las Vegas. Show days and times include Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 12 p.m. Beginning May 29, show days and times include Wednesdays, Thursdays at 6 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m.
- Buy out a special BattleBots “DESTRUCT-A-THON” show held on a different day time than the regularly scheduled shows.
- This option is available with or without VIP catering and beverage services.
- For a full buy-out, seating for more than 1,000 guests is available.
- Option to utilize the space both inside and outside on the entire 10.2-acre site to host a pre- and/or post-show private event.
- Work with BattleBots’ network of contacts for event needs or bring in their own planning teams.
Bespoke “BATTLEBOTS: DESTRUCT-A-THON” Show
- Planners can customize a “DESTRUCT-A-THON” show for exclusive use, including a flexible start time.
- Events can be scheduled to fit groups’ calendars.
- This option is available with or without VIP catering and beverage services.
- Seating includes space for more than 1,000 guests and the use of the Platinum Lounge area for up to 30 guests.
- Optional pre- and/or post-show venue hire with custom spaces.
- Optional customizable bots and teams.
- Optional custom-branded Giant Nut trophy—the greatest prize in the sport of robot combat—created especially for the client.
- For groups of more than 1,000, the venue offers the ability to stage multiple performances in the BattleBots Arena as well as add other entertainment such as DJs, bands, performers, robotics displays and more.
- Many more optional add-ons to create a customized space for groups.

Bespoke BattleBots Live Event
- Corporate groups can customize a BattleBots live event across the entire 10.2-acre site.
- Flexible event dates and times.
- Seating for more than 1,000 guests is available, including access to exclusive VIP areas.
- Optional custom-branded Giant Nut trophy—the greatest prize in the sport of robot combat—created especially for the client.
- Guests will witness actual TV robots and teams, as well as TV hosts Chris Rose, Kenny Florian and the formidable, booming voice of ring announcer Faruq Tauheed.
- In addition, customized bots can also be created for businesses’ teams. These bots can compete in three sessions: the qualifying round, semi-final round and final round of competition. Larger groups can also hold multiple sessions and fights.
- For groups of more than 1,000, the venue offers the ability to stage multiple performances in the BattleBots Arena as well as add other entertainment such as DJs, bands, performers, robotics displays and more.

All private and corporate events include access to parking for up to 240 cars, full utilities and audio/visual capabilities.
