LAS VEGAS (August 2024) – Balla Italian Soul inside the all-new SAHARA Las Vegas announces it will host an exclusive five-course wine dinner with the prestigious La Spinetta winery. Taking place on Friday, Aug. 30 at 7 p.m., the intimate dining experience will offer guests a luxurious menu of meticulously crafted dishes perfectly pairing with a curated selection of La Spinetta’s most celebrated vintages. 

La Spinetta is one of Italy’s most prestigious wineries renowned for its exceptional Barbaresco, Barolo and Moscato d’Asti wines, crafted with a deep respect for tradition and a commitment to quality. Founded by the Rivetti family in 1977, the winery blends innovation with sustainable practices to produce wines that authentically reflect the distinctive terroirs of Piedmont and Tuscany. 

Attendees will begin the evening with the Santa Barbara “Le Vaglie,” a crisp Verdicchio that offers a vibrant bouquet of citrus and almond notes. Following this, the La Spinetta “Il Nero di Casanova” introduces a bold red with rich flavors of dark cherries and a hint of spice, perfectly complementing savory dishes. The third course features the La Spinetta “Bordini,” a Barbaresco known for its elegant structure, showcasing aromas of red berries and floral undertones. Next is the La Spinetta “Garretti,” a Barolo that impresses with its deep, complex layers of dark fruit, licorice and earthy nuances. The tasting concludes with the La Spinetta “Biancospino,” a Moscato d’Asti, delighting the palate with its sweet, fragrant profile of peach and honey, balanced by a lively acidity.
