AREA15 TO HOST EXHALE: A YOGA AND BREATHWORK EVENT BENEFITING HOPE MEANS NEVADA SUNDAY, APRIL 7

WHAT:
In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, AREA15 and Hope Means Nevada (HMN), the non-profit organization focused on mental health and eliminating youth suicide in the state, will host EXHALE: A Yoga and Breathwork Event on April 7. Attendees will receive the opportunity to reduce stress, build community and learn new self-care practices to increase overall mental wellness.
Benefiting HMN, proceeds from the event will help connect Nevada’s youth with desperately needed mental health resources. As one of the most trusted and visible mental health organizations in the state, the non-profit inspires a culture of empathy and advocacy to help eliminate teen suicide in Nevada.
Combining holistic movement, healing and reflection, the event will kick off with a short yoga class by Jessica Johns followed by breathwork with Lauren Salgado and a sound healing session. The afternoon will conclude with a slow, seated yin yoga session, final meditation and closing reflections. Guests of all ages – from middle and high school students to adults – are invited to attend.

Doors open at 11 a.m. and the event will take place from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

TICKETS:
Tickets for adults 19 years of age or older are $60 per person. Tickets for students ages 12 to 18 years are $40 per person. Proceeds from the event will benefit Hope Means Nevada and their mission to eliminate teen suicide in the state. To purchase tickets, click here.
