LAS VEGAS (March 2023) – The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, experience, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, offers an array of unforgettable options for private and corporate events of all sizes year-round. The award-winning open-air district features more than 300,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space across 38 distinctive spaces.
“Located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The LINQ Promenade offers a distinctive collection of diverse venues ideal for music festivals, special events, weddings, corporate meetings and more,” said Tonia Chafetz, general manager of The LINQ Promenade. “From soaring 550 feet in the air on the High Roller Observation Wheel to hanging out at a cool 23 degrees Fahrenheit inside Minus5º ICEBAR, we offer venues designed to make private events and group bookings memorable.”
Stand-out venues ideal for private gatherings include Brooklyn Bowl with its rocking comfort food, 32 bowling lanes, six on-site bars, private lounges and indie concert venue. Brooklyn Bowl offers full-scale production capabilities suitable for an array of corporate events. In addition, High Roller–including its 28 cabins and Wheelhouse–offers unique spaces and views of the entire Las Vegas valley from 550 feet in the air. Full A/V capabilities are available in both the cabins and the Wheelhouse for unlimited branding opportunities. Surrounded by 100 tons of hand-carved ice, Minus5º ICEBAR offers memorably chill experiences. Customized ice sculptures can be produced for any occasion and branded products may be cleverly showcased in crystal-clear blocks of ice or on surrounding TV screens.
In addition to its indoor private events options and attractions along the Promenade, part or all of the entire outdoor pedestrian area, including the Fountain Stage, can be booked for corporate events. Groups booking the Promenade itself have the option to include private access to its retail, dining and entertainment venues, as well as activate the outdoor areas with live entertainment, bar carts and other festival-style features.

ENTERTAINMENT VENUES:
Brooklyn Bowl – “One of the most incredible places on Earth,” according to Rolling Stone Magazine, Brooklyn Bowl redefines the destination entertainment experience. The Las Vegas location thrills guests with its 2,000-plus person performance area, rockin’ comfort food by world-renowned Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon Restaurants and 32 lanes of bowling which provides the best seat in the house to experience it all. The entire venue can accommodate groups of up to 3,000. High Roller – Topping out at 550 feet, the High Roller is the tallest observation wheel in North America. Guests board one of 28 climate-controlled cabins for a 30-minute rotation of the wheel, which offers incredible views of Las Vegas and the surrounding valley. Unique ways to experience High Roller includes Happy Half Hour, an open bar inside the cabin for the duration of the ride ideal for cocktail receptions, corporate networking events and more. Cabins with bars can house up to 25 guests and cabins without bars can house up to 40 guests. Additional event space accommodating up to 250 guests is available in the Wheelhouse, and VIP and custom experiences are available for product launches, team building events, happy half hours and more.
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club – Curated and designed by comedian, writer, producer and Emmy Award-winning TV host, Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club captures the spirit of Kimmel’s hometown of Las Vegas. Complete with an expandable showroom that seats up to 300 guests, the dual-level 8,000-square-foot venue provides an optimal setting for both the audience and performers alike. The club showcases comedians ranging from household names to up-and-coming talent curated by Kimmel and his team. With a full kitchen and service staff, guests can enjoy casual fare and libations before, during and after performances.
Museum of Selfies – Featuring artists from all over the world, this interactive exhibition offers premium photo opportunities for visitors of all ages. In addition to their signature vignettes, such as the mind-blowing Upside-Down room and the joyful Emoji Pool, new photo opportunities exclusive to the Las Vegas location include the Private Jet Experience, an installation built to give all visitors the chance to plunge themselves into the world of luxury. The Museum of Selfies also offers a brand-new exterior LED wall ideal for event branding. The 6,000-square-foot venue can accommodate up to 100 guests for a banquet-style event or up to 250 for a standing reception.
RESTAURANT AND BAR SPACES:
ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails – ameriCAN offers a different beer from each of the 50 U.S. states and more than 70 beers served in cans. The space has four projector screens, full-service event production, audio and visual branding capabilities and 12 high-definition TVs. ameriCAN features a 1,000-square-foot patio and a 2,500-square-foot indoor space capable of comfortably seating 175 or 300 standing. Open bar, branding and entertainment capabilities, buffet and other catering options are available for private events.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar – Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night Latin Nights, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar combines delicious Mexican food and a dynamic bar to create a high-energy fiesta. The two-story restaurant offers multiple bars, including a semi-private downstairs dining room for up to 35 seated or 65 standing. The entire upstairs portion of the restaurant may be reserved for up to 150 guests; full restaurant buyouts are available for up to 700 guests. The venue also offers spacious patios on both levels and indoor-outdoor seating with an unobstructed view of the High Roller. Specialty drink options and hosted open bar packages are available.
Favorite Bistro – Introducing French cuisine with American flair, Favorite Bistro combines traditions to create a uniquely Las Vegas dining experience. Favorite Bistro offers breakfast, lunch and dinner staples. Specialty drink options and hosted open bar packages are available. The venue includes a 2,500-square-foot interior as well as an outdoor patio and spacious bar. The restaurant can accommodate up to 130 guests seated and up to 20 at the bar.
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza – Brick oven style pizzas and wood-fired crusts paired with craft beer is what Flour & Barley does best. The venue offers an assortment of open bar packages featuring barrel aged and handcrafted cocktails. The 3,800-square-foot interior can spaciously accommodate 220 guests inside while the 1,200-square-foot patio can accommodate up to 75 guests.
I LOVE SUGAR – Featuring a colorful candy martini bar overlooking The LINQ Promenade on the second floor, private groups or events can be booked inside I LOVE SUGAR’s 14,000-square-foot space. Best known for their giant fogging candy martinis, Drunkin’ Gummy Bears and other creative candy cocktails, the venue offers distinctive beverage options as well as competitively priced buyout packages with fun drink ticket options. The bar area can seat approximately 100 guests and features a color-changing martini glass shape at its center. A section of the martini bar can also be designated for smaller groups of up to 40 guests.
Minus5º ICEBAR – Minus5º ICEBAR offers an immersive experience in a bar maintained at a cool 23 degrees Fahrenheit, with 1,200 square feet encompassing nearly 100 tons of hand-carved ice. In addition, a 1,000-square-foot covered patio faces the Promenade’s fountain. Minus5º ICEBAR serves signature frozen cocktails in glasses made entirely of ice, while its “warm space,” devoted to a warm bar and lobby at the front entrance, is also available for guests. Minus5º ICEBAR accommodates up to 500 guests between its indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for groups seeking a memorably chill experience. Customized ice sculptures can be produced for any occasion and branded products may be cleverly showcased in crystal-clear blocks of ice.
Maxie’s – Maxie’s offers a full menu of visually spectacular breakfast, lunch and dinner classics that look fantastic and taste even better. Maxie’s can seat up to 250 people inside and 100 guests on the patio located at the base of the High Roller. 6 TVs are spread out throughout the entire venue and the dining room features two large projection screens.
Off The Strip Bistro + Bar – Off The Strip Bistro + Bar offers a wide selection of catering options, including hors d’oeuvres, snacks, plated menus, buffet and beverage packages. The two-story space offers an array of dining room sizes. For large parties, the main floor dining room offers seating for up to 150 people and the second floor dining room offers seating for 110 guests. Off The Strip also offers three smaller private dining rooms with seating for up to 30 guests. Full-venue buyouts can accommodate up to 435 people.
Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery – Featuring a variety of pub specials and Irish classics, Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery is a beer drinker’s paradise. The welcoming space holds capacity for up to 319 guests. The venue also features more than 40 beers on tap, 52 large TVs and two large projector screens.
Virgil’s Real Barbecue – Virgil’s features world-famous BBQ tastes of Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, the Carolinas and Missouri. Offering passed items as well as buffet-style dinner stations, Virgil’s features a range of options for private events. The restaurant’s second story private dining room includes a built-in bar and two spacious patios with room for up to 200 guests. This area can be booked independently or in conjunction with Virgil’s other indoor spaces. For full-venue buyouts, the restaurant can accommodate up to 670 guests for a reception-style event.
Yard House – No matter the size of any party or event, Yard House offers an array of group dining options. The entire 18,600-square-foot venue can accommodate up to 598 guests. For large events, the indoor and outdoor spaces can be booked together. Open bar and catering packages are also available.
