TIVOLI VILLAGE ADDS FIVE NEW RETAIL, RESTAURANT LEASES TO ITS GROWING LIST OF TENANTS

LAS VEGAS (January 2021) – Tivoli Village, a premier Lifestyle Center featuring more than 50 tenants, retailers, restaurants and 300,000 square feet of office space, recently signed leases with five new tenants: Ada’s Wine Bar, Al Solito Posto, Boston’s Fish House, The Den by D’Annata and Lifestyle Audio Video Interiors (Lifestyle AVI). Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Tivoli Village garnered significant growth in retail, dining and luxury tenants bringing its leased retail space to more than 240,000 square feet.
Transforming the intimate space that won so many fans in Tivoli Village last year, Ada’s Wine Bar, another project from Las Vegas’ own acclaimed Chef James Trees and the LEV Group, takes inspiration from European corner wine bars and ups the ante, with exciting discovery wines from around the world served by passionate wine lovers eager to share. Chef Jackson Stamper, in collaboration with Chef James, has created a menu of Mediterranean-inspired share plates and delicious bites designed for delight. Ada’s opening date will be announced soon and will be located at 410 S. Rampart Blvd. Suite 120.
Al Solito Posto, Italian for “the usual place,” is now open to the public with a grand opening event on Jan. 22. Featuring signature Italian dishes such as minestrone, lasagna, rigatoni alla vodka, chicken piccata and eggplant parmesan, the 280-seat restaurant is also spearheaded by Chef Trees. Al Solito Posto offers contemporary energy with sophisticated dining and drinking and top quality ingredients in a grown-up bar scene with personalized service. Al Solito Posto is currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is located at 420 S. Rampart, Suite 180.
Boston’s Fish House, known for flying in the fresh New England seafood and scratch-made ingredients, is now open. Diners can expect a traditional New England seafood cuisine complemented by a great wine list at a most exceptional value. Boston’s Fish House is located at 400 S. Rampart, Suite 190. The Sunny Side Up Las Vegas owner, Nicholas Sord’s new kitchen is led by Chef Francesco de Furia and features signature seafood cuisine and a fresh oyster bar. Boston’s Fish House is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with happy hour Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Open now is The Den by D’Annata, the new go-to place to find items designed to appeal to masculine tastes. The Den includes relaxed loungewear, athleisure, furnishings, accessories and gifts. The den is open Monday to Saturday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and is located at 400 S. Rampart Blvd. Suite 140.
Lifestyle AVI, opening later this month, provides home audio and video at all price ranges. They specialize in home stereo systems, theaters, home automation, lighting, shades and camera surveillance systems, and are dealers for Sony, LG, Samsung, McIntosh, Marantz, Denon, Goldenear, SVS, Sonus Faber, Martin Logan, Magnepan, MBL, Audio Solutions, Triangle, Vitus, Carver, Kimber Kable and many others. Lifestyle AVI will be located at 400 S. Rampart Blvd. Suite 180.
These new and reopening additions join Tivoli Village’s dynamic roster of tenants spanning health and beauty, luxury design, clothing retailers for women and men, top-of-the-line fitness facilities, restaurants and bars. The destination also offers ample and convenient ground-level and garage parking.
