FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES SPECIAL MOTHER’S DAY MENU, “VIVA LA MAMMA” IN HONOR OF THE HOLIDAY

LAS VEGAS (March 2019) – Ferraro’s has designed a delectable prix fixe menu in anticipation of guests seeking to treat moms on Sunday, May 12, Mother’s Day. Having a special meal out with the family is one of the things Moms cherish the most and Ferraro’s is prepared to provide an unforgettable experience for the entire family. The four-course meal incorporates several options per course of
seasonal specials sure to please any appetite. A complimentary cocktail is included, and the menu is priced for $59.50 per guest. The regular dinner menu and wine list will also be available.

Choice of Antipasti (Select one)

• Stracciatella
  Buffalo milk stracciatella cheese, tomato three ways salad
• Cesare
  Classic Caesar salad
• Peperone Ripieno
  Roasted stuffed pepper, ground veal, eggplant, cheese, bread crumbs
• Tonno alla Calabrese
  Lightly seared tuna, bell pepper salad

Choice of Pasta (Select one)

• Cavatelli Pugliesi
  Small, hollow-shaped pasta, sausage, lentil
• Trenette Liguri
  Ligurian narrow, flat homemade pasta, green beans, potato, basil pesto
• Fettucine Emiliane
  Homemade tagliatelle, traditional Bolognese sauce

• Agnello
  Grilled lamb chop, spicy roasted pepper, potato, mint emulsion

  Seared Mediterranean sea bass filet, porcini, tomato, fregola
