LAKE MEAD NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (February 2025) – Lake Mead Mohave Adventures (LMMA) announces Cindy Iuzzolino as the new general manager of Temple Bar Resort & Marina. With more than a decade of experience in the outdoor hospitality industry, Iuzzolino brings a passion for guest services and recreation management to her new role. She is responsible for overseeing operations at Temple Bar, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
“I am honored to manage one of Lake Mead National Recreation Area’s most spectacular destinations and uphold the high standards at Temple Bar Resort & Marina,” said Iuzzolino. “I look forward to creating memorable outdoor experiences for guests while fostering a culture of excellence within our team.”

Before joining LMMA, Iuzzolino spent 23 years as a team leader for Skills of Central PA, where she honed her leadership and training expertise. During her tenure, she became a certified instructor in crisis prevention and intervention, first aid, CPR, medication administration and de-escalation techniques. Her extensive background in team management and training has equipped her with the skills necessary to lead diverse teams and enhance operational efficiency.
Iuzzolino’s career in outdoor hospitality has been shaped by her love of nature. She has worked seasonally with LMMA’s parent company, Guest Services, at Everglades National Park in Florida and completed the manager-in-training program with KOA in 2024, further deepening her expertise in hospitality management.
Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, she studied at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Wilma Boyd School of Travel in Pittsburgh. Now, in her leadership role at Temple Bar Resort & Marina, she is dedicated to creating memorable outdoor experiences for guests while fostering a culture of excellence within her team.
