FERRARO’S RISTORANTE ANNOUNCES FALL MENU BY EXECUTIVE CHEF MIMMO FERRARO

LAS VEGAS (October 2024) Ferraro’s Ristorante, celebrated for its authentic Italian culinary experience and exceptional service, is delighted to debut its new fall menu, thoughtfully created by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro. Showcasing rich, seasonal flavors and fresh ingredients, the fall menu introduces a variety of inspired new dishes, complemented by fresh takes on beloved Ferraro’s classics. Each creation harmonizes traditional Italian techniques with Mimmo’s contemporary vision, providing guests with an extraordinary culinary experience rooted in the spirit of Italy.

“Fall is one of my favorite times of year to get creative in the kitchen,” said Mimmo. “The new menu embraces a range of robust flavors and comforting dishes perfect for cooler weather, from indulgent pasta to hearty secondi.”

Stand-out selections from the fall menu include:

Antipasti

  • Prosciutto di Parma e Bufala  – Prosciutto di Parma, imported Bufala mozzarella
  • Pancia di Maiale e Fagioli All’ Uccelletto – Herb-roasted pork belly, stewed cannellini beans
  • Stravaganza di Mare – Roasted lobster, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, Alaskan crab legs, lemon herb sauce

Crudo

  • Carpaccio di Manzo – Thinly sliced raw prime sirloin, arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano, croutons, lemon, balsamic reduction, mustard sauce
  • Tartare di Tonno Ahi – Ahi tuna, fresh herbs, tomatoes, kalamata olive, fennel, capers, mustard sauce, crispy shallots

  • Campanelle Salsiccia e Rapini – Bell-shaped pasta, Calabrese sausage, rapini, stracciatella
