Ferraro’s Ristorante Announces Limited-Edition Las Vegas Restaurant Week Menu

FERRARO’S RISTORANTE ANNOUNCES LIMITED-EDITION LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENU 

Portion of Proceeds to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

LAS VEGAS (May 2024) Ferraro’s Ristorante announces its limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu. From Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 14, Ferraro’s will offer a four-course dinner menu for $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A portion of the proceeds from every menu item will be donated to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.  

“Participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week for our 14th consecutive year is both an honor and a tradition we hold dear at Ferraro’s Ristorante,” said Mimmo Ferraro, Executive Chef, Ferraro’s. “It’s a special opportunity for us to call attention and contribute to this important cause. Each dish on our special menu features carefully crafted, authentic flavors of Italy, and we’re proud that each meal served also supports the vital work of Three Square Food Bank in our community.” 

The complete Las Vegas Restaurant Week dinner menu follows: 

Antipasti Duo 

  • Carpaccio di ManzoThinly sliced prime sirloin, shaved Parmigiano, arugula, lemon oil, mustard sauce 
  • Mozzarella Caprese Regina Bianca bufala mozzarella, seasonal tomatoes, croutons, micro basil, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic 

Pasta Duo 

  • Gnocchi PomodoroPotato dumpling, house pomodoro sauce, basil, extra virgin olive oil 
  • Featured RavioliAsk your server about the ravioli of the day 

Entrée (choose one) 

  • BranzinoMediterranean sea bass, hazelnut crust, Guanciale, zucchini, tarragon, white wine, spinach 
  • Pollo Limone10-ounce airline chicken breast, lemon, white wine, garlic, rosemary, spinach, potato purée 
  • Vitello PiccataVeal scaloppini, lemon, butter, white wine, capers, asparagus, roasted potatoes 
  • Filetto di Manzo8-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet mignon, red wine rosemary reduction, roasted royal trumpet mushroom, spinach, potato purée 

Dessert (choose one) 

  • Pistachio PassionPistachio cream, cream cheese mousse, sweetened whipped cream, walnut crust 
  • TiramisuLady finger cookies, mascarpone cheese, espresso 
  • Cannoli Pastry shell, sweet and creamy pistachio filling
