LAS VEGAS (February 2024) – 1923 Prohibition Bar at Mandalay Bay, the private, hidden and modern speakeasy, announces its roster of March happenings, including lively “NOLA Nights” and “Ghost Stories” with Kent Axell. Additionally, 1923 invites guests to savor a new edible temptation: Torched Maple Bourbon Bacon.

Now Available: Torched Maple Bourbon Bacon
Dates: Available daily
Time: 1923 is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Cost: $24 for four pieces.
Description: 1923 introduces an indulgent new edible menu item available for purchase, featuring four slices of freshly torched maple bourbon bacon, candied pecans, spiced chocolate bark and smoked rosemary.

“NOLA Nights”
Dates: Fridays and Saturdays in March.
Time: 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Cost: General admission is complimentary or, for groups who wish to revel in style, 1923 Prohibition Bar also offers VIP table seating for up to six guests. The VIP package includes two drinks per person, a digital group photo and a personal shoutout from the performer onstage. Guests may go to 1923lv.com for VIP table seating information.
Description: In 2024, 1923 Prohibition Bar continues its popular “NOLA Nights” featuring live music with Troy Romzek and seductive burlesque performances by Teri London, Lola Legs and The Kendra.

“Ghost Stories” with Kent Axell
Dates: Fridays and Saturdays in March.
Time: Shows begin at 8 and 10 p.m.
Cost: Tickets range from $39 to $69 per person and can be purchased at 1923lv.com. Seats are very limited to 30 guests and sell out quickly.
Description: 1923 Prohibition Bar presents “Ghost Stories” with world-renowned magician and mentalist Kent Axell. Located in 1923’s Hidden Chamber, the experience includes a journey beyond reality through magic and mind reading. In this intimate show, guests will interact up-close with Axell, who has been featured on large stages across the globe and several hit TV shows, including National Geographic’s “Brain Games” and “Masters of Illusion.”

National Cocktail Day
Date: Sunday, March 24
Time: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Cost: Cocktail prices vary.
Description: 1923 Prohibition Bar is a must-visit speakeasy on National Cocktail Day with a 10% discount off of all menu cocktails. Guests may choose a bourbon-centric, Prohibition-era cocktail from their extensive list including the 1923 Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned or the Las Vegas Blvdier cocktail.
