LAS VEGAS (May 2024) – 1923 LIVE—the newly opened, Prohibition-style destination tucked away inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas offering intimate, captivating performances on weekends—announces its roster of June performances, including “Legerdemain Hidden Speakeasy Magic and Comedy Show” and “The Docksiders – Yacht Rock Experience.”

Additionally, 1923 Prohibition Bar—the private, hidden and modern speakeasy inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino—invites guests to enjoy its June happenings and offers, including “NOLA Nights” and “Ghost Stories” as well as a new edible temptation: Torched Maple Bourbon Bacon.

JUNE EVENTS, 1923 LIVE AT THE VENETIAN RESORT:
Legerdemain Hidden Speakeasy Magic and Comedy Show
Dates: Fridays through Sundays in June beginning on Friday, June 7
Time: Shows begin at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Description: As 1923 LIVE’s hidden speakeasy magic and comedy show, Legerdemain will shuffle close-up magic with comedy and rich storytelling in a new experience performed for small audiences. One of the rarest tickets in town, the show is engaging and the audience isn’t just watching, they are part of the show. Additionally, custom cocktails are weaved into the captivating performance.

The Docksiders – Yacht Rock Experience
Dates: Select weekends in June beginning on Friday, June 7
Time: Shows at 8:30 p.m.
Cost: Tickets are $65 per person and include entry to watch The Docksiders and one handcrafted specialty cocktail. Description: Guests are invited to kick back and relax with the golden era of soft rock hits from the 70s and 80s. Led by three-time Grammy Award nominee Kevin Sucher, The Docksiders –Yacht Rock Experience is the resident musical group at 1923 LIVE. From Michael McDonald to Christopher Cross and everything in between, visitors can prepare to dance the night away with smooth tunes. Attendees can also get into the spirit of the high seas by donning their best nautical attire and captain’s hats for an evening to remember.

“Ghost Stories” with Kent Axell

Description: 1923 Prohibition Bar presents “Ghost Stories” with world-renowned magician and mentalist Kent Axell. Located in 1923’s Hidden Chamber, the experience includes a journey beyond reality through magic and mind reading. In this intimate show, guests will interact up-close with Axell, who has been featured on large stages across the globe and several hit TV shows, including National Geographic’s “Brain Games” and “Masters of Illusion.”
